I mean. That’s part of the problem. Just because the victim/survivor identifies him as the monster (which she says is a thing they’ve both called it for years) doesn’t mean that it isn’t a problem. The confusing part of abuse is the ways in which victims in a way are a part of the cycle. This is a good example.
