I once had to pump during a flight. So instead of holding a cooing baby and discreetly nursing, I had to hook up vaccums to my nipples and crank up a motor. No clue if the guy next to me was actually asleep or just pretending, but either way I appreciate that he kep his head turned away the whole time.
