The “extent” of the violation was actually far less than what they originally reported, so that doesn’t really make sense. They initially reported that 11 of 12 balls were down by 2 PSI, only to find that it was in fact 1 ball that was down by .5 PSI.

There is far, far more to equestrian sports than “sitting on a horse.” Since your argument keeps coming back to strength, I’d welcome you to do some research into the prodigious amounts of strength it takes to ride at that level.
