Steamworld Heist is great on Switch. As for me, I’m hoping Rockfish gets Everspace out on Switch. Last I heard was that they had it running, but that was back in March.

Depends on your tastes I guess. Between BotW expansion content, Darkest Dungeon, the Steamworlds (Heist and #2), Smoke & Sacrifice, Splatoon 2, and a bunch of others, I’ve got too much going on with Switch as it is. I’m also looking at Banner Saga...anyways, this is just some of the stuff I’m working on. I know a lot…
China pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease
Seeing lots of complaints about the Pro Controller’s d-pad. I basically just have one comment. Nintendo controllers are the ONLY controllers I’ve never had to replace. Even my launch Switch joycons are working properly. I’m getting sick of having to repeatedly triage my DualShock 4s due to component failure (and I’m…

I’ve started playing Paladins recently. A bit clunky, but I like that the characters have actual progression and customization, and with patience can be done with $0.00 invested. From a certain perspective, it could be said that Paladins—a game with for-purchase packs as its only revenue source (from what I can…
I agree! My Splatoon inkling is way more fashionable than my Destiny guardian, and I only need to play the game (which I’m doing anyways) to get the in-game money to buy that stuff. Stuff which I can directly choose.
I hope 2K is looking at this. While for the most part I’ve enjoyed my first foray into the world of NBA2K with ‘18, leveling up my MyPlayer has been exhausting. It makes EA’s original loot-box plan for Battlefront almost look...generous.
Kinda feeling the same. I actually went back in and did a few levels of the existing SP campaign (also haven’t finished yet) and while they are fun, I usually just need to do one level to feel sated, then I’ll do something else. I think I’ll appreciate the Octoling levels as being more bite-sized.
I honestly don’t know. I admit that my response was a bit knee-jerk.
I have two views, and they’re not necessarily directed at any one person here:
Speak for yourself. I’ve been dead since Dokken broke up.
That’s what I’ve been trying to say, but you did it better. Yeah, it’s been pretty stupid lately.
When all is said and done, there is only one real question we should be screaming from the rooftops: WHERE THE HELL IS BAD COMPANY 3?!?!?!
I’m torn on NBA2K to be honest. 2K18 is my first one, and it’s pretty discouraging how closely connected MTs are to MyPlayer progression.
I’ll check out that other review too, thanks for the tip. I’ve seen some blurbs in my Flipboard feed saying Detroit is worthwhile for sci-fi fans, but even $48 with Best Buy GCU is still a bit steep for me for this type of game.
I’m still on my playthrough of Beyond: Two Souls courtesy of PS+. The “failures” I’ve experienced so far have for the most part been due to me fumbling with the controls more than any conscious narrative choices I’ve made. I am enjoying the story and the style though; it’s a nice change from the stuff I normally play.…
Over the last couple of years we’ve been getting a much longer look behind the curtain at some of the sub-strata in the gaming community, and it hasn’t been very pretty. I just hope we can remember that even though they are quite possibly the loudest, they’re not the majority.
I love my 3DS, but I have to admit I’m not reaching for it too much these days, and that’s nothing to do with how it’s being supported :(
