Civil suits are decided in favor of whoever the jury believes 50.1%, so it’s POSSIBLE he wins here, but there’s so much fantastical bullshit around these two that I doubt that’s the result.  Even if it is, he’s not getting $50MM (which she doesn’t have anyway).

I mean, I see much the same, but I’d add that many of the same people who shouldn’t be doing drugs (particularly stimulants) or drinking should, in fact, be medicated in other ways, which they are clearly not being.
