Hamas does not run the West Bank, which is under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian National Authority. The attacks a few weeks ago came from Gaza; the IDFs response is focused on Gaza and Hamas. Responding to a terrorist threat on your border than just caused 1,300 intentional civilian deaths is not “collective punishment.” Relocated civilians out of active war zones is not wrong. Israel is no indiscriminately targeting civilians; you’re think of Hamas and Islamic Jihad rockets which are fired at Israel. 

Yes, Israel is more powerful than the Palestinians. That doesn’t make Hamas terrorists righteous.

Israel is not committing “genocide” on Palestinians in Gaza, despite having the power to do so.

That is what Hamas’ stated goal of their terrorist attacks was, yes. And they failed. And they will reap the consequences of their actions. 

Israel hasn’t occupied Gaza since 2005. 

It’s merely a fact. At the end of the day, Israel is a nuclear state. Israel will exist so long as it has nuclear weapons, regardless of what Hamas or any other terrorist group does. It is impossible to “end the Israel state,” which is the stated goal of groups like Hamas.

There is tons of evidence supporting that this was a failed rocket attack; like, video of rockets falling out of the sky onto the hospital.

Israel did not bomb the hospital, intentionally or otherwise. It was a failed rocket attack from Gaza.
