Courts don’t declare people innocent. They declare them “not guilty,” meaning the case wasn’t proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

The point about the suspension is a great one; all BMWs of this ear need pretty comprehensive suspension upgrades, and you can absolutely by ZHP-spec components. The only difference is the parts, so you can “make” a ZHP just by spending a bit more on what parts you use to replace the worn-out ones on a standard 330i.
