LMAO dude you are very bad at arguing. A single adverse discovery ruling in a case about abortion is woefully insufficient to levy a serious claim that a Judge is anti-abortion.

That ruling has multiple findings in favor of the AG; that the Court didn’t buy all of their arguments isn’t very strong evidence of some disqualifying anti-abortion bias.

That discovery dispute is the only action even remotely related to abortion. Learn to think you fucking moron.

Why do I have to find another ruling on abortion rights?”

What they are arguing is he’s an anti-abortion judge, and as evidence they point to an anti-abortion opinion he joined.”

The evidence they cite simply doesn’t support their contention. Feel free to point me to more example of this judge being an anti-abortion crusader. Seeing as 50 law professors wrote this letter (and you hold them in high esteem, apparently), the only conclusion to take is that there are not any more examples to cite;

Then you should have no trouble destroying my argument by citing other descriptions of rulings against abortion rights.

Housing prices are going up because there AREN'T enough homes where people want to live. Mortgage rates are at like 6% and qualifications are very strict. This is not similar to 2008 at all.

I know that’s what these groups have said, but they only cite to a single discovery dispute. Which is my entire point; I think they’re making a mountain out of the molehill, unless they have other things to cite.

::literally every non-Tesla EV has entered the chat::

This headline is click-bait claptrap. The recall is for a seat-belt tensioners; it isn’t related in any way to the battery or the EV drive-train, and numerous other cars have had the exact same recall.

If the worst thing you can find on a judge is a discovery dispute, I don’t think the label of “right-wing anti-abortion crusader” is really going to stick.

It’s been below 50 at night in Santa Monica for a week! It’s practically arctic! I’ve had to wear GLOVES on my bike ride to work every day!

I really really want Tesla to succeed, but I also really, really want to see Musk fail. A true conundrum.

That does nothing for a non-homeowner who can’t ever afford a new car.”

The problem is you have to put in a big enough ICE engine that you could comfortable run the car without EVER charging it. That means a pretty big gas engine. The Volt got away with it because it was a small, aerodynamic sedan, so you could put in a 90 hp 1.5L and it would do OK. But even then, there are situations

“Just one more lane bro, I swear, this will fix traffic, just one more bro, I need one more lane then I won’t ask again.”

LMAO nothing sadder than ordinary people going to bat for a fucking inherited aristocracy. You have Kings and Queens and Dukes? How embarrassing is that? Do you have wizards and fairies and elves, too? What kind of dungeons and dragons bullshit is this? Is England a country or a renaissance faire?!

Somewhere, it felt as if a million economists screamed out in horror, and were suddenly silenced.
