Tire wear greatly affects distance accuracy.

My Mercedes had it’s odometer rolled back sometime between 1994-2002. When I bought it in 2009 knowing the mileage was wrong, I reset the odometer to zero so I would know how many miles I have owned it without math.

Rescues are typically not charged for because if the person needing rescuce knows there will be a significant cost for the rescue they might delay seeking help, and that could cost lives instead of money.

Ship them to India and sell them for the cost of shipping. Even these “dirty” cars are FAR cleaner than ANY new car sold in India today.
