Yep.  This ruling has the potential to effectively remove any federal regulation not spelled out in detail in law.  This is about deregulating industry so they can maximize profits no matter how many people have to die to make it happen.

This is at least the second time the SC has ruled that power can not be delegated to the bureaucracy. If you have to OK every little thing that gets decided, then nothing will ever get done. I’m pretty sure that’s the plan.

There is never going to be another amendment to the Constitution. I can’t imagine a single thing that 34 states could agree on or anything so benign that the GOP wouldn’t want to use it as a wedge issue if the Democrats propose it.

One thing I’d like to see from this is for news writers to start putting (R) and (D) next to the justices names like they do with Senators now so it can be clear which side those making these rulings are on.
