Um... you know that the swinging Spider-Man at Disney’s California Adventure is a robot, right?

If COVID has taught us anything...
With your mouth? Gross. Just squeeze as much as you can out with your hands, then call it good, like a normal person.
is this news to anyone?
I don't think Gatsby was a hit either. Frankly I'm fine with Baz failing.
I have long since accepted people are dumb. How anyone can have watched the last Jurassic World and wanted more is beyond me. But have at it hoss! You want big dumb dinosaurs, enjoy.
“Elvis" has had REALLY bad reviews so I think it is a flop, but my low opinion of Baz Luhrman's skills may be biasing me.
It’s great. When I-mockery wrote that it was very hard to find, now you can find it streaming all over with English subtitles.
A study conducted yesterday by a man on himself concluded that self-reported anecdotal evidence is, in fact, both reliable and relevant.
I’ma go ahead and say that Jurassic World will not hold onto it’s #1 spot next week. Next weekend’s #1 will be Lightyear, which will hold the #1 spot for two weeks. Minions will get a week on top, then Thor dominates the top spot the rest of July.
Hey everyone, this guy has an anecdote. No need to worry about Covid anymore!
If we still lived in a non-pandemic world, I’d probably consider going to see this version. I love going to the movies, and I don’t mind seeing things multiple times. (Also in a non-pandemic world we’d still have the Arclight.) But now? Are you kidding?
I just made an inferior version of the same comment before realizing yours was in the gray. You’re right, TOH is a fantastic show, plus being on PBS there are no commercials in the middle.

The people involved have a budget, but also spend more due to delays, price changes, etc. than planned. There are multiple contractors involved in every step of the process. One episode even…
Now if only they’d release Daria with the restored soundtracks
BTW, in CW non-cancel news, Whose Line is it Anyway? is returning for an 11th season (19th overall if you count the Drew Carey episodes), though whether they’ll record more episodes or use even more leftover footage is unknown. They’re apparently planning on airing it in hour-blocks again, so maybe a new recording…
Yeah, I’ll say what I originally wrote, hopefully more kindly. Slow Food was solely about trying to save regional European cuisines and traditions around them. It recognized from day one that it was elitist, that it wasn’t affordable, that it could be experienced only by those who lived in certain places or who could…
When our kids were little, CiCi’s was a great deal. Back then it was $2.99 for their all-you-can-eat. You did have to pay for a drink, too, but it was still a really cheap way to get a lot of food.
I thought this article was going to be about how most all you can eat pizza places are terrible quality like Cici’s or Pizza Ranch that was mentioned by another commenter.
