Are you sure it was the PC? We didn't see his lips, and telepathic dogs would not be out of place in the Fallout verse, nor would a Boy and his Dog reference.

I just passed 1000 hours in NV - I love not just the MQ and factions but the companions have personalities, back-stories, and quests of their own. I'll probably play the shit out of F4, but keep going back to NV just like I keep going back to F2 every few years.

Was anyone else reminded of Allegro non Troppo? Or am I the only one who remembers that movie? If you've seen it, you know which segment I'm thinking of, the Sebelius piece with the cat.
And, about that voice at the end… We don't actually see the vault dweller's lips form those words, A Boy and his Dog anyone?

And Scollay Square is still there.

KAOS

I recommend Dollhouse. One of the strongest endings of any series I've ever seen.
For myself, I think I'm going to watch Tin Man this weekend. And Kimmy Schmidt. And play a lot of Fallout: New Vegas.

That's exactly what I was going to say.

And Milla Jovovich.

I've never managed to watch an entire episode of either Friends or Seinfeld.

Exactly. Kind of like how we have DVRs to watch shows we don't have time to watch. Or Electric Monks to believe things we can no longer believe.

I revisited Steambath recently. It's still pretty great.

Star Trek 3? I think you mean 13, unless she's being retconned into "The Search for Spock"

"…that among these are life, liberty, and the purfuit of happinefs?"

I think we're close to the same age. I discovered him in my mother's record collection. She had TUSoA:TEY and The Best of The Stan Freberg Show, and a few singles. I didn't find out until later that I was also watching him on the Beany and Cecil show. You get a lot to like in a Freberg. Sneakers, glasses, flip-top

Sod that. I'd happily pay HBO 15 bux a month for their content, but I'll be damned if I'm going to join a cult to earn the privilege. Not when there's a torrent of ways to watch it otherwise.
EDIT: The press release says it will also be available for PC. So, um, never mind.

I'd just lost my own mom when that episode aired. I can start losing it just thinking about the ending too much.

Alienses

Nurney, nurney, nurney…
Nurney, nurney, nurney…
Nurney, nurney, nurney, nurn.
Phenorque!

Monk was even squarer than Joe Friday, if such a thing is possible.

I love 'Jungle'. Randy Newman is the poet laureate of broken people.
