It’s not just the Joy-Cons for me, but both of my pro controllers are drifting too. The amount of times I tried creating levels in Super Mario Maker 2, only to have the cursor start moving on its own is uncountable.

It really depends on the levels. Granted, mass majority of Mario Maker creators are TERRIBLE and have no grasp of good level creation, but I do not think adding more checkpoints is the answer. To be honest, some times checkpoints hurt the level more than they help, and as someone who enjoys a good full-level

Another really popular spot to this day is the main location from Whisper of the Heart (耳をすませば), which is located in western Tokyo, Seiseki-Sakuragaoka (聖蹟桜ヶ丘). The nice thing about this location is that it is really easy for tourists to go and enjoy. There’s a proper guide map to the area, the station still has fun

I tell my son this all the time, as well as all of my friends. Something about tensing up just causes you to make very poor decisions, but in video games, it also causes you to make stress decisions. You’ll push buttons too hard or press them too fast. You’ll make trigger happy pulls on the shoulder buttons. And

I wouldn’t say it’s the “best thing”. It’s awesome and all with TONS of potential, but the input lag drives me crazy, as well as the fact that you can’t run over small gaps.

My pre-order here in Tokyo is both the sweet Mario-themed stylus AND a Mario Maker 2 bento box.

Umm... S. Mario and S. Luigi? C’mon. We are all nerdy enough to know that it should be M. Mario and L. Mario, right?

For me, Tokyo is awesome! Sure, it has its flaws, as most major cities do, but I personally think it is one of the best metros in the world.

I’m not meaning to disrespect boxing and MMA with my thoughts. It is only my opinion. But the reason I say it’s more of a spectacle to me than a sport is because of the very reason you mentioned:

I’ve studied martial arts and wrestling for a total of 30 years, and I’m currently studying Gyokushin karate in Japan.

Sorry. You’re correct. I didn’t remember that correctly. Thanks for correcting.

If you want to hear about how awesome Trump is, why we need a “beautiful border wall”, why Mueller is an idiot, why America is the least racist country in the world, and numerous other fun issues, then please. Hang out with my dad all you want! You can have him.

I have trained in Brazilian jujitsu (4 years), Korean karate (11 years), Japanese karate (2 years), shoot wrestling (4 years), greco roman wrestling (7 years), and aikido (2 years). To even claim I haven’t been in a situation is ignorant and a stupid assumption. I had hoped my prior comment engaged enough insight to

I’ve always wondered this, honestly. When I was growing up, my father was so into boxing, so I watched it with him from a pretty young age. I remember all the build up of Holyfield and Tyson before they eventually had their major (And disturbing) clash.

But that was precisely my point in the first reply. I haven’t met a Japanese businessman or woman who I introduced the show to that didn’t like it. They all think it is a breath of fresh air, many of them even voicing how it’s about time a major company is shining a real light on this issue, while also making it

I live in Tokyo and had the exact opposite reaction. Sanrio (The company behind Hello Kitty and Retsuko) don’t seem to be advertising Retsuko much here in Japan, but every time I share the series with friends and work colleagues, they LOVE it. Most of them even wonder why Sanrio isn’t showing it off more here,

This is so unbelievably stupid. What bother making 4-player local multiplayer, you know, so I can literally play on the same couch with my friends, but I can’t do the exact same thing from a distance? What was Nintendo thinking?

Dude, you will be fine. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not “easy”, but I’ve lived in Japan for roughly 10 years, and I have worked with all kinds of foreigners, ranging from an ex-gang member from Mexico to a black chef who used to work at the White House. No matter what your background, you’ll always be seen as a foreigner

*an SMB2 theme

Dude, that made me laugh SO HARD. haha. Especially now, because so many of the haters say how “weak” Hulk was in Endgame and I’m like, “DID YOU NOT SEE HOW EASILY HE CRUSHED THAT CAR WITHOUT EVEN TRYING?!” Haha. It was such a good scene.
