Umm... no it’s not? I don’t know how to rebuttal this, as game difficulty depends very much on the player, but the Metroid series has always been this level of difficulty. I would say it is higher than the average game, but it is definitely not as hard as a Demon’s Souls or Super Ghouls and Ghosts.

Supporting Palestine is not progressive, and supporting Israel is not conservative. Both sides are evil to the other, and supporting either solely is not only ignorant but it also indirectly supports the horrible actions of that side. Israel is only being highlighted right now because of their terrible strikes against

Well, what do you know? Screaming at corporate overlords CAN change things!

It takes the formula from Tetris 99 a bit too much. Super Mario fits a speed-run formula a lot more than a survival one, and I have already experienced games in Mario 35 that have lasted nearly 15 minutes multiple times because the stages were stuck in a particular loop of 1-1 and 1-2. No major enemies were being

I agree. I find the game to be a lot of fun! It’s not perfect and there are elements that are a bit cumbersome, but the bosses are all a lot of fun and I love the uniqueness of items, particularly the animals.

To be short, yes. Absolutely yes. Even if you don’t play in handheld mode much, yes. They are just so much more comfortable than the JoyCons, it’s not even funny. They may lack certain features, like HD rumble, but that is fine in exchange for the comfort, better buttons and joysticks, and quality.

There is no way I can agree with you. I love my Switch, but good god. The menu and UI are absolutely awful. There is no way to organize anything. At least on PS4 and Xbox One you can create folders and order games by certain perimeters. On the Switch, though? No settings or folders at all.

I cannot wait to check this out! I love that the layout has a similar feel to a Pokemon Store setup. It just looks really good, and I hope I can get some of that sweet merch sooner rather than later. haha.

I would say Kojima is more akin to Quentin Tarantino. That’s not necessarily a knock against Tarantino either. It’s just that both guys have incredibly high egos, and they cater to niche markets. They also tend to keep themselves in the spotlight by doing and saying things that are quite “Kojima/Tarantino”.

I like

This looks incredible! The pixel-style and the tone alone sold me. If this comes to Switch, it will be an insta-buy!

But in a good way! haha

Haha. That last one of Guile made me laugh. Great list of pictures you compiled here, Brian. It was a great Tokyo Game Show this year. I was especially impressed with the indies and the e-sports this year. I have found myself migrating away from the main halls recently and focusing on Hall 9 (Indies, VR, cosplay, and

Let’s be honest, Brian. The lines for merchandise will be as long as some of the lines for games. Last year, I waited for over an hour to buy stuff from the CAPCOM store at TGS. This year, I enjoyed Business Day for the first time, and it was such a better experience all-around...

Because every game can be enjoyed at your own pace or as fast as possible. It’s called speedrunning for a reason. If you don’t like speedrunning, that’s your prerogative. But for those who love to speedrun, why not support them? Watching them beat a game in record time is amazing to watch even if you don’t personally

RNG? In Celeste? Did we play the same game? Like Heather said, it is damn near perfect of a platformer as they get. I had zero problems, definitely no RNG, and the controls were spot-on.

By that point in the game, you should be well-equipped. I don’t remember having difficulty at all with Minish Cap (Personally think it is one of the easier Zelda games). Not sure if you remember, but did you explore and get a lot of hidden items? That really helps for novice players.

Umm, if you are talking about Dark Hyrule Castle, there isn’t a timer section. Are you talking about finding the Dark Nuts? That part is a little hard, but I thought it was incredibly appropriate for a last dungeon.

The Minish Cap is truly an underrated Zelda game. In my opinion (As well as a couple of the commenters I saw on here), it is the best handheld Zelda game and significantly better than a lot of the console games.

Thank you for the opportunity! Pitches have been sent.

Love for Goomy! One of my favorites.  :)
