@i ♥ Tofu: It's working fantastic, absolutely no qualms whatsoever. The touch screen isn't as gimmicky as I was afraid of, it's amazing how much more productive I feel over using the trackpad.

That was one of the most beautiful things about buying my notebook from a custom company.
This is in the same vein as the silicon nanotube battery. Just release the dang things already! Imagine, being able to go a month instead of just a few days between charging your smartphone. Or having your laptop run all day instead of just a few hours, even the most powerful ones.
