Does it charge iPads?

Scarred. For life.

@psychiccheese: If that's the case, then you're probably better off with an iPod Touch. All major cell networks force you to get a data plan with any smartphone or iPhone. While you can probably ignore this, if they find out they reserve the right to spontaneously charge you for the smartphone plan, perhaps even

13 year olds everywhere shudder in fear.

@VinnyDakid: Don't forget, WinMo has Swype, and no one downloads from the Marketplace, anyways. All the good apps are sideloaded (and free!).

@ddhboy: I definitely agree with you there. WP7 is too late to compete with Android and iOS (look what happened to WebOS!), yet MS insists on screwing over WinMo by replacing it with what is, quite simply, an inferior OS.

@ddhboy: Or enhanced by Windows Mobile, as it were.

@badbob001: How? I saw the video, but how'd you actually get to play it?

I wonder when it will get Crysis...

Geez, Rosa, you went and got my hopes up for nothing. Here I was, ready to load up my Palm M100 running Palm OS 3.5 with half off apps. You didn't mention they're only WebOS apps.

Oh, come on people. 3D is buggy, but think about it this way, you wear headphones, don't you? I'm sure it was buggy at first, but we've now come to expect our sound in three dimensions, stereo. It seems only natural that 3D follow suit. Color television was a novelty when it was first released, now look at it. Give 3D

@psychiccheese: "The worst that will happen is you don't use it"...or it could be stolen, but that's just me.

@psychiccheese: Really? I'm considering the 15.6" specifically because it's small enough to carry to class. If I wanted a desktop replacement I'd get a 17," and for everyday use, anything smaller is practically a netbook, hardly worth taking when I could just use my smartphone.

Is $1399.99 too much to pay for a laptop? Even if it is incredibly beastly?
