That send off hit me harder than I thought it would. Very well done.

I loved it. Every second of it. I’ve been a bigger fan of this season than the reviews have, and that definitely included the finale, where I thought it was generally firing on all cylinders. That extended, especially, to the last scene. I thought Mallory’s fight scene was going to be her awesome send-off, and I was…
I have some alternate cover ideas myself:
- Flip the baby vertically to imply it drowned, thus obscuring its penis.
- Add people to the bottom of the pool pointing and laughing at the baby’s penis.
- Give the baby an inner tube with a miniature version of his head on the plug a la Wade the Duck from the old Garfield…
They should just use Weird Al’s “Off the Deep End” cover, only with Weird Al's dong visible.
Guess they forgot about him.
I would chalk that up as it being a much weirder film than you would assume. It’s bro-ish and stupid enough to satisfy juveniles but has a streak of pure strangeness that at a glance, makes one wonder if there isn’t more depth to it?
Her comedy’s absurdist and colorful (both literally and figuratively).
How could you possibly miss Krieger talking about how much more effective actually throwing a smoke bomb is in one of the funnier lines?
Ka-kow!
It's one of my biggest pandemic pet peeves. It's crazy how little people understand about the idea of ventilation, which seems fairly simple. "But it's outdoors!" So was every building before you put up walls and a ceiling.
Seriously. We haven’t earned events lifestyle back yet. All the vaccine got us was, at best, a closer to normal day to day routine.
I have a medical and a public health degree. It couldn’t have been just by virtue of being indoors. Throw Delta into that mix and you’re unavoidably raising your risk of exposure and infection and even more so the longer you’re in there.
Can I legally hold an event at my house in LA County if I make sure everyone who comes over is vaccinated and has a negative test? No? Then yes, it’s a terrible message.
Right. The producers pointed their “Appropriate” gauge at the facility and it signaled “positive.” So it had to be totally safe and risk-free, right?
Good for Rogen. To be fair, if he was serious about his comments, he wouldn’t have been there in the first place. But I was glad he said it, because it needed to be said.
and straws for cocaine were sanitized for every use in the washroom!
This one Italian place that I love said they had “outdoor seating” and a “heated patio”. What they really meant was that they converted their outdoor patio space into an indoor space thus making it no longer a patio, just another room.
Baller move. Yeah, don’t tell people things will be outside and then just construct a building in an outdoor space. That just makes it inside again! I’ve seen so many restaurants do this - offer outdoor space, then essentially build another building in the street with four walls and a ceiling. You just recreated…
It’s a very weird place to go on fire.
- How did it happen, if that’s not a rude question?
