I can’t see any way that a mortgage on a $500k house would be less than 18k a year. In a 20% down type situation, that would be at least 24k a year. At those rates, even if you intended to stay, renting sounds like it would definitely be the better decision from a cost perspective.

I dont remember ever paying that much for a game. But I did buy at AAFES, and with my $1 a week allowance or my $200 a summer salary from the school system. I may have just avoided the expensive games
