These crossovers make it worth slogging through the Arrowverses low points, honestly.

*Below*.

Well, I’m not going to say I’m disappointed, because I was expecting a dull, meandering episode of Doctor Who flooded with exposition and saddled with a weak villain.....which is exactly what we got. Overall, this season just didn’t do it for me. Jodie’s a great actress, but the fact that she’s written so passively

*Forkin*. And always nice to see POI fans lurking in the comment sections :).

They definitely dont have the budget for that. I like how they stick to history. Whenever they try to do the future it looks a bit pathetic.

I prefer to think of it as an adaptation of Perchance to Dream from B:TAS.

Arrows 100th episode was a lot better, probably because that show had a lot more to celebrate. But I still liked it, even if it just reminded me how much of The Flashs run has been squandered potential.

I’m pretty sure he said 7. But that sounds ludicrous to me, so I’m not sure.

Better too much good stuff than too little, at least.

“I was disappointed when The Doctor accepted without challenge Jim Crow and the casual racism of the time - while previous versions of The Doctor would have engaged in confrontation, condensation, or at least mild sarcasm.”

For a while this would have been my pick for ‘worst series’. I’ll take awful Doctor Who over the bland, generic drivel this series was putting out in its first half. The back half has been an improvement. I’d say this is better than 7 now at least.

Generally, I suppose, but I think some of us (myself included) feel like this season has been really disappointing and bland for the most part, and others feel that it’s been pretty good for the most part. So I think there is some mild disagreement.

This episode was great. It brought back a lot of the weirdness and quirkiness that makes this show special. This season has really struggled with blandness, but at least the back half has picked up significantly. Hopefully Chibnall can write something great next week? Im not expecting it, but Im keeping my fingers cr

Not really a hot take in my opinion-the shows had serious systemic flaws that almost sank all of them.

The writing staffs for DS9, Buffy, and the X-Files had to do almost double that every single year. And these writers couldnt even do 13 every couple years.

To be fair, the Marvel Netflix shows squandered a lot of their own potential. Most of them were disappointing slogs. But Daredevils third season was really, really good, and to cancel Daredevil after it really is a shame. It seems like the writers had good ideas and were passionate about the material. Both of which ar

This is honestly the only live action superhero show to truly capture the imagination and wonder of the DCAU and other comic books. Over the past few years, I’ve grown tired of grim and dour movies and tv shows. Nice to have Legends bucking the trend.

Matt Smith rocked the fez the best. Also, the DoctorsIt’s not the system thats bad, its bad people who ruin them!” is a terrible message to send. Other than that, this was another good episode. It feels the most like Doctor Who out of any episode this season. *Still* waiting for a home run though!
