It’s a boat as much as the Deepwater Horizon was...  while I get what they’re trying to do, that is a slippery slope.  It’s a very slow, very ungainly boat - but it’s a boat.

Density altitude. Everyone says that, then I take them over trail ridge (12k ft). They change their minds :p

N/A and supercharged motors are dumb and should be eliminated. Fight me :D

Then why keep playing? At a certain point, it’s either “grind to get something nicer, to run the exact same race...” or play, I don’t know, anything else?

I put over 400 hours into 1/2/3, mostly 2/3. Yeah no. Fuck microtransactions on a $60 game, and fuck grinding that much. I’m almost 40 now. Ain’t got time for running the same race over and over praying for an F1 car. I’ve GOT good cars in the garage.

Colorado will close the passes if necessary, but keeps side roads open with that amount of snow on the regular.  Ground clearance can be important, on top of the right tires (and in many cases, 4WD/AWD with the right tires).  I live on the side of a mountain - need both.  We have an SUV for the wife (haul stuff,

Hah no.  No.  I can afford to spend 80k on a car because the work I do is considered pretty damned essential, and is paid for as such.  Not just execs that make enough for that - and even they sometimes have to get somewhere even in the weather.  And 20" of snow isn’t that much in a lot of the country - that’s regular

Neighborhood roads, max speed 15mph, BIG neighborhood roads, and with him having his hands near the wheel at all times.

Over 7000 ft, so it’s down 30% of the horsepower at the crank. What works well here? Anything with a turbo. Especially since I go ~up~ from here, not down, and at 12,000ft+, N/A engines just struggle. My ZL1 is slower here than a stock Camaro SS in Florida, and that’s just at my house.

This.  I respect the engineering.  Love the design.  Meh on the engine (this is because of where I live).  But...  I wouldn’t daily one (weather aside, again where I live) - it’s just not a practical car.  I had a C5, which...  felt more practical, I guess?

My high school / college GF’s dad had one - sounded glorious (the exhaust and cam changes made it sound absolutely excellent), and it was “quick” for the time, but parts always felt...  cheap.  It’s part of why I bought an SVT Focus when I got my end-of-college fun car (Sonic Blue!), and it was fun to drive, but not a

And no shortage of demand - every car made they’re selling, so maximize profit on the ones you do.

Missed the kindness and empathy of Leonidas for the “This is Sparta!” line.  Leonidas (via 300) was a man - masculinity without toxicity (the shitty way he responded to Ephialtes aside).

Disagree with Mazda for the 6- to get the better headlights, sunroof, and nav you had to get the automatic, which instantly disqualified the 6 for me.  The Nav I could have given up, but no the lights or the sunroof.

Pick any American core car brand - Chevrolet, Chrysler/Dodge, or Ford. Spin the trucks off (unless chevy, in which case you still have GMC) and shut them down - they’re not making anything worthwhile anymore (and yes, I include the C8 in that - fight me!). No one will notice.

Of all the clones, Nerdle is the one I like the absolute least.  Very little redeeming value in it other than “plug random math equations in” - enough clones already.

Found it - damn.  That...  didn’t she realize how that was going to go down?

Hah!  I’m not the only one that did that!  Final guess too.

See them all the time in Colorado, especially crossing the mountains.

So get the shot.  It stops being a personal medical decision when it affects the others around you - that’s why pandemics are different than, say, cancer treatments, clothing choices, etc.
