Might I suggest a blender? I’m sure blendtec will break all those down into one functional car.

Outside of August, and January/February, sunroofs are about all you need where I live. It’s all based on location.

Gets 18 MPG

Honestly either.

Got a 550M with the ZF 8 speed, thank you very much.  Had a G37 with the 7 speed prior to that

Also can’t pair AWD with the manual. Will not buy.

That could be it. I haven’t driven the latest one; guess I should since I’m about to start shopping again.

Unlike the S2k or the earlier-generation SIs, it doesn’t really ~like~ to rev though. :( It’ll do it, but it’s not precisely super-happy to do it (compared to other cars that way that are). I’ve got no issue with that kind of engine (almost bout a S2k, owned an SVT focus, almost bought an older SI and an older RSX-S,

What’s with the tramp stamp?

It’s not the cold, it’s the variation.  Averages for Jan/Feb for the last two years have been in the upper 60s, with lows below freezing overnight.  Summer highs are in the upper 90s, but can drop to the 50s (or even 40s) at night.  Altitude desert means weird things happen :p  It also means that car choices are...

Thank you. I’m personally getting really tired of this messaging - enthusiasts buy summer tires. Everyone else uses All-Seasons. Hell, my daily uses all-seasons, because the only months I’m guaranteed to be safe with summer tires are July and August - we can, do, and will see freezing temperatures in June and

Hey, been there, done that. I’ve offered to help a few people here in the past (although my opinions aren’t always appreciated, I’ve been extremely successful and know folks across most industry spectrums from where I work), maybe I can help?  Is there a way for me to ping you directly?

This. I go with REALLY good M+S All-Seasons, because winter/summer mix is really everything-but-august-and-july/august-and-july

Folks who live in the mountains or at altitude and don’t need the diesel. That engine puts out more than the V8 at my house by a good margin, and will continue to do so anywhere I live. Up here the F159 is king for the eco boost.

I’ve learned that HP and lap times matter less than the personality and feel of a car.

See: .2 PSI M4 guy. You sure it’s not a similar demographic of “I’m lazy/stupid/dumb”? ;) I’m also thinking about the second owners, who are a drastically different demographic than the first owners, but still share the same roads.

Yes, they are.  Accept it and enable it.  ~shrug~

This will be an unpopular opinion, but good. Add AWD. Keep the stick, mind you, but add AWD. Yes, tires and all that nonsense, but given how poorly people do with important maintenance like, oh, oil changes and the like, do you actually expect them to get winter tires and figure out where to store them during the

/me hits crack pipe.

I know what you mean. I have an M550i, and while it’s stupid quick with all the sport options turned on, you just rear end some idiot that pulled in front of you on their cell phone without looking instead of getting to enjoy it. I leave it in comfort and enjoy it as a torquey cruiser quite a bit more than the other
