I’m excited, but also annoyed all over again at Jez getting rid of Millihelen in the first place.

I tried the baking soda/ACV thing for 6 months, and gave it up for similar reasons. My hair was all over the place, sometimes looking good but most of the time looking awful, and I started reading that baking soda is pretty bad for your hair in the long run. I tried all kinds of ratio-tweaking and DIY washes like

scrabbled eggs with dill, cream cheese, and salmon!

Then what's with the whole "Aunt Robin" thing??

For real with that "toxins" bullshit. My yoga instructor always claims that particular poses are "wringing out the toxins in our internal organs." And then I lose my balance from rolling my eyes so hard.

Yiiiikes.

Awesome. Just ordered some for my bf too!

I'd highly recommend Kathleen Flinn's website http://cookfearless.com/, and her book "The Kitchen Counter Cooking School." She's a culinary school graduate who wrote that book after giving several weeks worth of cooking lessons to 9 women who had no idea how to cook. It's sort of an exploration of the anxiety and

I watched it last night, and....it seems like it might suck. It's just the pilot, so I'm going to keep watching because I love Sarah Haskins, and there were a few funny moments where you can kind of see her humor coming through.

You can switch your payment plan from standard (I think this is the 10 year plan) to one of a few options for income-based repayment. It caps your payments at a certain percentage of your income, which can be (especially given the pay of most public service jobs) much less than what you'd be paying under the standard

If your college has an LGBT group, you could get involved or go to events and mention it to your roommate. It's a good way to at least gauge her reaction, or maybe start a "coming out" conversation if you'd like to.

as a fellow fisheries professional... thank you for this comment. so well said.

I saw a couple get engaged at a Chipotle last year. They seemed super happy, but it was awkward to watch, especially since I was about five minutes into a first "date" with a rando dude I met on okcupid (Chipotle was his idea).

Yeah, it's seriously gross. I hate their storyline. Plus, they're really boring.

I have the Mirena IUD and I love it. Insertion was painful but not really as bad as I thought it was going to be...and it was quick and the pain didn't last long. Any side effects I had were very temporary (I hadn't been on any birth control for several years prior, though). I have almost no periods now and no issues

Thanks for posting. This is a really important campaign and the site has so much good info.

Word. This is a big reason why I started using baking soda and vinegar to wash my hair (actually works better on my hair than regular shampoo), coconut/almond/jojoba oils for face/skin, and vinegar to clean everything.

For seriouz.
