I know it’s not a JRPG, but a game I found that gets this form of English right is Ultima VII. Obviously it’s not old English, but it evokes early modern english well, which is where I think this game was aiming.

There’s a Clash of Kings mod for Mount & Blade Warband that’s actually pretty decent. More action orientated than RP, but very faithful recreation of the world.
