Some of us weren’t tweens when this came out and can say that You Oughta Know speaks to many of all ages.  It definitely was an anthem for me at the time and still makes me want to punch several exes in the face.

The problem with the top tier law schools is that the hardest part of getting your JD is getting admitted to these schools. Once there (so I’ve been told), you are gilded through your courses. I went to a middle tier school where it was sink or swim based on academics and a lot of backstabbing.

Using PIs to harass is a page right out of the Scientology playbook for harassing critics. Weenstine likely used this tactic to harass and intimidate his victims even before he got caught.  Assholes (and gross butcracks) like DickCup that still think they are innocent probably employ this tactic on a regular basis.

I really wish people would stop using the word ‘zeitgeist’. When I read that word in any published post, article, paper, it just reeks of a badly written, undergrad sophomore liberal arts paper where the student used academic sounding vocabulary without being able to describe its application to their arguments. I just started watching this show, and her story arc/scenes are the only ones I want to watch. Her character was well written and the lady can definitely act. There are so many layers and subtleties to her performance.
