The best way I’ve heard it broken down to ALM people is that there’s an implicit “too” on the end of Black Lives Matter. Meaning, Black Lives ALSO Matter so stop undervaluing them.

Here’s the full text from the Reddit post: “The phrase “Black lives matter” carries an implicit “too” at the end; it’s saying that black

Actually Diane’s heels are Vetements —the counter culture collective of former Margiela team members who single-handily made Streetwear the biggest trend from 2016 - 2018.

Shocked that Diane wanted to get rid of them because the initial run of these shoes was IMPOSSIBLE to find, as Vetements became popular overnight

I’m unsure why Jake’s participation was served sass because he led the Broadway revival of Sunday in the Park with George in 2017, which was scheduled to open on the West End in June, and gave a much lauded performance as Georges/George.

Rich, I watched the clip you posted to your Instagram Story for no less than 6 minutes straight, tapping on the left to restart the loop. Thanks!

Anyone who is a true member of the fashion pack scoffs at the Gucci logo belts but would DIE for the Tron Belt from Balenciaga Spring/Summer 2007 by Nicolas Ghesquiere.

Thank you for this comment. I was very, very nervous about posting it. I wasn’t sure how people would read into the subjectivity and my response to the situation. If it’s able to help one person escape harm, then it’s worth it.

I’m sorry to have etched this story into your mind!!!

Yes, I was pulled out that way! Nice area but it was the quietest little city-suburb street I’ve experienced. I’ve since gotten into the habit of texting friends hookup addresses and dropping pins when away with men as a precaution. Formidable strategy!

Always go with your gut! I really do believe that when your intuition gives you a warning, it should be listened to —and worst case scenario, you are wrong but you get away and you’re safe regardless. It sounds like you got one hell of a biological warning, and you were wise to listen to it :)

Well, I don’t think I would have had any help or respect from the police. It would have been he-said, he-said. I did consider attacking the guy, calling the cops, and claiming self defense. But I felt that, as a gay man, the police would not have taken any domestic dispute seriously, and they certainly would have

Reposting my tale of my almost-murder from last year.

OMG SO SORRY ***Ellie

One more callout, Emily, that no one has reported on: the finale music was “Mothers” from Tom Ford’s new film, Nocturnal Animals. I guess the bridge is mended between the two? Or Alessandro Michele is throwing shade?

Hate to say this, but would the cops even care? I feel like they’d be like, “So you’re telling me you had one bad date 2 years ago, and now you want us to investigate the guy to see if he’s a serial killer?”

I should have kept a closer eye on missing persons, but I never thought to do so. Also: my area is the city of Chicago :(

NOOOOOOOOOOO~

He became so alarmed because up until that point I had told him that we drove for a bit, but he (and I guess I) wasn’t aware of just how far I was carried away. Like I alluded to in the post, I didn’t have a car and even if I was to get away, it would have been me running around in a suburban neighborhood —no taxis,

Thank you! I didn’t mean to sound not appreciative! :)

I’d like to say it’s one of those things that happens, you get through it, and it makes you a stronger person but no. My body actually uses its energy and resources to make it forget this happened as much as possible.
