I was going to post something similar about Grave of the Fireflies and the idea that even in Japan, people think of Studio Ghibli as a children's studio. It's absurd.

I'll always like KoTOR for Jolee. they could/should give that guy a spin-off :P

As this is TAY, I have a bad joke I'd like to share/inflict upon you all:

Lulu and Rikku, maybe? I think you may be right.

I'd say fear of change was the major contributing factor. Just as the music industry has been afraid to move on with the times, so too have Hollywood and gaming. One could even say the main reason politics is failing is because we need a newer system - certainly we need a legitimate way to avoid another coalition

It's not so much my memory as a lack of exposure to them. My parents had a ZX-81 and then an Atari ST 512k, followed by a Mega Drive. I simply never saw very many games until after we had the machines to play them. I did spend a lot of my pocket money on games for the latter, then eventually on Playstation games, and

There are so many games from the past that I'd love for them to finally give Western releases to. Or more accurately, PAL releases. feels like we missed out on so many games back then (though I'm 30 and therefore don't have the greatest memory of the early 90's and releases, I recall enough from the last 15 or so

I live in Essex. This be Orc Country. Except for Stansted; That's the Tree-people Republic. I think they're heading to Chelmsford and the Britvic plant to starve us of our Tango.

''Doing the Conversion'' The new craze to hit the local dance halls this Summer! Compete in your local dance contest with such dances as ''The Metric'' ''Imperial pound suite: 240 Penny Polka'' and ''Threepence Waltz''.

A shame you can't play the games and drink coffee, using the ''Well, this is java'' reasoning to excuse yourself.

My belief is the game is older. The series started in the 90's, and I don't recall hearing of the group until after Rival Schools 2 was out. So the fact the group appeared, and the games ceased suggests that. I could very easily be wrong about the timing. I seem to recall the group were a ''supergroup'' of sorts.

#She likes to go out every Friday night in clothes from Prada.

To be fair, some people, just one glance of Anna's butt will cause a massive nosebleed, followed by a T.K.O.

Possibly the American Group ''Rival Schools'' who even named an album ''United By Fate'' are to blame. I'd honestly not be surprised if the group/studio were able to get an international trademark on this if Capcom failed to act fast enough (because logically it's such a silly name, you'd think it impossible for

That salmon character sounds like they basically re-skinned it, changed a few things and made them Doctor B in Tekken 3.

It's on the PSN now over here in the UK, so you can pick up both the PSP Disgaea ports. I'm tempted, but I've already bought both on the PS2 and PSP UMDs (as well as the third on PS3 and Vita, because damn they're fun on the go).

Yeah, I only occasionally used the AH, as I never really have very much to sell. Most of my gems were used for my characters, likewise enchanting mats, ore, herbs, and so forth. I did make money in TBC - quite a lot in fact, by virtue of having a ridiculous number of enchanting mats available, and selling them. After

I can barely remember it, and when it came to making choices, I ''foolishly'' took every idealistic one because I didn't have any prior knowledge regarding the punishing system. I could see I didn't have the money to go both route, but I thought that keeping my promise to aid the other town across the sea with cash

I knew someone in the game who compared doing dailies to working, as if to say people shouldn't complain about doing things in WoW they don't like doing because not everyone loves their job. I tried to point out to them that I, as well as many others, play games for fun and enjoyment - or at the very least to go smack

Ah yes, Reaver. I'd probably have been okay with the strange punishing of idealism if they hadn't shoved Reaver in our faces so much. The lack of a say in how to deal with him - especially because we can choose to have our sibling executed - made no sense, and removed any sense of being a pursuer of justice. In the
