First off...good God, is she okay? Second, I’m certainly not including situations like your wife’s. Laggy/buggy software is not in the same league as the infotainment system trying to murder you.

I think it’s a fair point, but I also believe that better vehicles have lowered our tolerance...we used to pray the car would just start and get us from point a to point b; now we curse our cars to hell when our Bluetooth connection drops in the middle of a call.
I haven’t read the report yet, but I’ve got to wonder if Acura’s drastic drop in the rankings is related to the new infotainment system they’re putting in the RDX...it has not been well received.
We're all assholes.
I was about to post similar...took my driver’s test in my friend’s parents’ Nova because it seemed impractical to take it in either the ‘77 Dodge van or ‘76 New Yorker that I learned in. I’ll say this, when you practice parallel parking in a 20 foot boat, passing the test in that lil guy is a breeze.
Pregnant Gupp-E...I’m with team spy shot on this one.
What you’re seeing here folks is the first step in the evolution of the Mustang platform from ICE to EV.
Well, you did more than everyone who just bitches about it on the internet...honestly, I don’t care that much.
So much this...as a long time consumer of Japanese culture, it’s infuriating how resistant they are to being just a bit more accommodating to international consumers/audiences. And when you compare it to how successful S. Korea has been exporting culture globally, it’s even more baffling. Anyway, I’m reminded of this:
Interesting...I rarely hear people use that term with sincerity, but then I’m in Texas where our seasons are Hot, Damn Hot, Truck Month, Football, and that one week we have to wear a coat.
In short, this well-maintained vehicle will look fantastic while parked in your driveway or at the shop.
Damn, you beat me to it...I was going to say something along the lines of “Doesn’t it go without saying for someone who owns a car like this?”
I’m not sure if you’re referring to the storm we had in 2011 where the temp would get up to 33 degrees for a couple of hours during the day, then plummet into the 20s at night. The result was solid sheet of ice that covered the town (I think that was the year we hosted the Super Bowl). People with alley and/or steep…
Some consumers trading in BMWs for Teslas while others trading in Porsches for Wranglers...that dichotomy right there explains a lot about what’s happening in the U.S. auto industry right now.
...a compact electric crossover perfect for the U.S. market that will only be sold in China for no good reason.
4th Gear: I’m increasingly bullish on Tesla, and it was never that I was bearish on them before...more indifferent and distracted by Elon’s antics.
The real irony here is that we’re implying that Chinese workers could benefit from a union, yet Communism is supposed to be the end result of a union/worker-run state.
I get it. Tada is to the Supra as Lucas is to Midichlorians. It’s his baby; he can do with it what he wants whether (some) fans like it or not. I fully expect the next Supra to be design by Rian Johnson.
But if I’ve read the hundreds of internet comments correctly, the qualities you describe in this vehicle...it’s GTish boatiness that prioritizes comfort over handling...sounds exactly like what the original Supras were. This notion that the Supra must be a sports car is kind of a F&F-inspired retcon of the car’s…
