Definitely a big difference between being a lead or the leading character who is a mum and being "the mum". You know, like the mum to some other younger thing's adventure a la Judy Greer in everything now.
Mum role is acceptable, "the mum" roles must be soul destroying.

The cut-off age seems to be 33 I've noticed. Over 33 and you're conspicuously enough into your 30's to be 'woman' instead of 'girl'. Women get to be witches or moms.

I'm not saying these people aren't fantastic actors or trying to play down all of their great careers, but in terms of recognisability, Pfiffer, Cruz, and Dench are pretty much all level pegging in terms of the general public's perception of their talent and fame. They're all acclaimed actors that most people can

But you're still counting Judi Dench and Penelope Cruz as current stars? They're amazing actors, but Pfeiffer is just as much, and maybe more well known.

Um Michelle Pfeiffer?

They still haven't cast Greta Ohlsson and Countess Andrenyi yet and considering Ingrid Bergman won Best Supporting Actress for the role of Greta in the 1974 version I'm really curious to see who they cast.
Alicia Vikander or Elle Fanning would both make great Countesses.

Those are identical triplets or just the same woman Photoshop cloned, right?
Edit: Apparently these are all Sylvester Stallone's daughters? God they all look so similar, but nothing like him.

Thank you. I've been really getting into her Girl on Guy podcast lately and she's super great.

Nailed it.

That you think that somehow excuses what happened to her says a lot about your garbage fire of a mentality. Please never leave your basement.

She was targeted before she responded. She responded because she'd be targeted for weeks. And they were the ones who made it about race and sex - by literally being racist and sexist.
Essentially, you just think people should be permitted to get away with whatever they want, provided you feel allied with those people.

That whole movie is a dance party!

It ends with a frolic party to a down-tempo pop song I guess….

I was hoping werewolf twist.

Which panel was that?

If it makes you feel any better a large number of women are similarly baffled. There are lowest common denominators in every group I guess.

How is it hateful or violent? She didn't target anyone, didn't threaten any actual violence, didn't throw anyone under the bus. She objected to a literal hate-monger who sent his fanbase to harass her because he didn't like a Ghostbusters reboot existing, which they did, with images of extreme gore, pedo anime porn,

Countdown to link being posted on some heinous Milo stan forum in five… four… three…

Those "trolls" were already bombarding her with images of gorillas, calling her a gorilla, sending her underage anime porn and images of extreme gore. Just because she was in Ghostbusters and was visible online as a black woman. Her responding to them only happened after months of sustained abuse, culminating with her

Saying you want to punch someone because you're mad at all the abuse you've been suffering is "hate" now? You think this is in any way comparable? And you're kinda proving her point here. She can't say anything about her abuse without being made out to be "the bitch".
