Jezebel want to have their cake and eat it. They want to be shared around as a legitimate feminist site, but they want to continue writing mean, intrusive, and harmful gossip garbage at the same time. Then when they get called out on it, they point to their official description of "woman's gossip magazine".

One of their latest posts was basically praising a black woman gymnast for the amount of abuse they perceived she could take at the Olympics. Which did not go down well, as it shouldn't.
