That’ll be great for all the older cars still on the road requiring 87 octane.
Cali lean bro.
Found the guy who’s far too interested in penis sizes.
Gotta make you safer seeings we’re going to make you more likely to be in a crash.
Shoulda bought a minivan.
Likewise: If you can’t tell the difference between a turn signal and a brake light being on, maybe you shouldn’t be driving.
Counterpoint: If you can’t properly control your headlights, you probably shouldn’t be driving.
7 is needed because we regularly have to carry 7 people.
How does a family of 5 equate to 5 kids anyway?
Neutral: I love going to car museums. My kids enjoy going as well.
My opinion was: Increasing the gas tax will make the poor worse off than they already are.
So pretty much “I can afford it, fuck anyone else”.
Just sick of hearing about Chrysler trans issues when the majority of failures are due to lack of proper maintenance, improper fluid use, or a simple sensor issue.
Can’t afford the minivan, what am I supposed to buy that can carry 5 regularly, 7 often, that’ll get better mileage? (it’s gotta beat 24mpg mixed).
The 5 being too small is exactly what keeps me out of one (well the lack of power doesn’t help either). They are far from large enough for 3 car seats. Even further from being able to carry 7 people comfortably on a regular basis.
Increase the gas tax = Make those who can barely make ends meet already even worse off.
You and me both know neither of those things will actually happen.
The majority of those I’m speaking of don’t either. They drive whatever they could pick up for a few hundred dollars.
Real world on my 94: 24 mpg average in mixed driving. Pulled as high as 27 mpg all highway.
