I’ve been in late model Lexii, none of them offered the comfort/ride quality of an old Lesabre. They have plenty of gimmicks to make you think they’re luxury though.

So wait, you’ve never owned one yet you want to comment on issues you’ve never experienced yourself?

Been doing it pretty much yearly for the last 10 ish years. I enjoy driving, so we do a lot of it.

Leather, comfortable, reliable for easy highway cruising. The Lesabre checks all boxes.

2006 Lacrosse =/= 2002 Lesabre, they are far from the same car.

I’m sorry you bought an unmaintained shit can and use it for the basis of all Lesabres....

I put 65k+ on a year........slackers.

See also: Mitsubishi 6Gxx engines.

I put 30k on my car last year.......plus another 30k on my van.........plus 5k on my other van......

Honestly, the only damn difference between this and modern cars interior wise is this lacks all the gimmicks to make people overlook the cheap plastic interior.

That 20 yo Buick will still be running long after most modern cars are dead.

It was NOT comfortable, the ride wasn’t very smooth

It’s not like I’m super used to quiet cars either, our current dailies are all from the early 90s.

The guy’s max budget is $20k, you’ll be hard pressed to find a more comfortable car for eating up miles.

Considering the road noise, stiff seats, and harsh ride of modern Lincolns and Lexii, the Lesabre is hands down more comfy.

Not always, I’ve just stuck with them because they’re cheap to buy/mod/maintain. Spending under $1k/year to keep 3 vehicles on the road sounds like a far better idea than a $3-400/month payment.

I wanted one in the worst way, then we drove 3 of them back to back. I’m not joking when I say our 1992 Caravan rides smoother and is quieter, hell the interior quality is on par as well.

See with all the wrongful reporting and mistakes, I find it to be more like trying to use this:

Ended up with this instead:

That Lesabre is the most comfortable highway cruiser out of all the suggestions. Why is suggesting a comfy highway cruiser for cruising the highway a dumb choice?
