With how many villains they’ve cast, at this point I’m just expecting a straight-up remake of 1966 Batman: The Movie, with Pattinson playing an equally campy update on Adam West’s Batman.

Heads up, y’all swapped Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska on accident in your description of the plot. Scott plays the scientist and Balinska the MI6 agent.
In episode 3, everybody but Adam Scott gets hit by a bus, so he decides to open a Soup ‘R Cracker in their honor. In the last 5min of the season finale, the Soup ‘R Crackers gets ripped apart by a tornado and Adam Scott leaves LA for some reason.
It’s been sort of bizarre seeing all these sites are omit Louie (2010-2015) from these best-of-the-decade lists, despite it probably being the most influential half-hour comedy of the decade. There would be no Atlanta, Better Things, or Master of None without it. Barry likely wouldn’t exist either.
TDLR “Long-time Disney employees avoid biting the hand that feeds them”
I went no soda for a year (including seltzer and all things carbonated) and after a couple months of just drinking water & juice, discovered that my palette had reset enough to finally enjoy tea, which I never had before.
I do this with whole garlic cloves and then also fry chopped garlic in butter and/or bacon grease while the potatoes boil, and then add that in lieu of adding plain butter separate from chopped garlic.
I got usurped as the mashed potato maker in our family because my boyfriend’s method of “stick an entire package of cream cheese and a shitload of Lawry’s into the potatoes” became more popular with both our parents than my method of “shredded gouda, bacon fat, cream, fish sauce, truffle salt, and a shitload of garlic,…
Not the biggest onion fan, but I love lentils and like the idea of turning the caramelized onions into a paste rather than just chunks of onion in the soup. Gonna give this a try soon.
I use mine pretty much exclusively for making stock, which it’s excellent for. I get the results of 1hr in the Instant Pot that I’d get in 3-4 on the stove.
The Apple Cider Cinematic Universe
I love that this site has more than one recipe for apple cider donuts, aka the best seasonal flavor of baked goods.
I’d like to think that the dude wiping his face was a stranger who just felt compelled to help this brave soul eat those burgers in a (relatively) sanitary way.
Cheap-ass Franzia is a staple in my fridge for this reason.
Yeah I feel like sours & lambics usually just get regional distribution, which is a bummer. In TX we have Jester King, Blue Owl, and a few other local places doing sours year-round, but JK is the only one that does a classic lambic AND is relatively available out-of-state (if difficult to find).
Thanks!
I haven’t, but that sounds intriguing! I like Bundaberg because of the strong spicy ginger flavor (spice as in cooking spices, not hot), so your description sounds perfect.
Here here! I’d love to see more American fruity lambics. Only one I know of is Jester King.
I think a lot of breweries make something closer to a Belgian gueuze (heavy on sour notes, light on salt, fruit-forward), and then call it a “Gose” because the style is more well known here.
