I’m not against speed limit enforcement, but using automated cameras to do it rubs me the wrong way. They don’t do well to correct bad behavior because the consequence is so far removed from the act. An officer pulling you over and issuing a citation within moments of breaking the speed limit is far more effective.

Or you can dislike speed cameras as the craven, revenue generation devices they are, while also understanding that speeding may cause you to get a ticket.
