That was the joke; there's total continuity between administrations (except for, I assume, all of the personal security details.)
Where are you posting this from, by the way?
Little known fact, the entire Secret Service is fired at the end of each administration, so these are Obamacronies. Obamacops. Obummercops. Or something.
Not at all that she should have been shot, but that chase went from the white house to capitol, and she was actively using her car as a weapon.
Apple: because not everyone is smart like you.
'give me a finished product' to 'give me something that I can co-create.'
I get why this sucks, but the car has Corsa mode for engine-destroying dumbfuckery.
Yeah, it needs more power. About 10 ft/lbs more torque to cover inherent variability from a n/a engine. That's pretty much it.
It's too bad a) that horsepower is the only quality cars have, I guess b) you didn't have it long enough to learn where the power is.
That is not a thing that has ever happened in my BRZ.
I imagine getting letters from tuners similar to those end-of-warranty third party warranty letters. "WARNING: YOUR WARRANTY IS EXPIRING. PROTECT YOURSELF WITH FORCED INDUCTION."
Torque is definitely the issue. The torque is fine on a perfect 64° day, but if it's hot, or cold, or humid, it starts to feel like a wet noodle under 3,500 rpm.
They probably have listened and determined there aren't enough people willing to shell out 35k for a BRZ.
They want real growth. There's probably no real volume at all on a BRZ STI.

The core VW brand is in a weird spot. A bit too premium for mass appeal and just boring when de-contented enough to be really competitive on price.
I guess they could try to woo all the granola Subaru owners on the East and West coasts. They seem to like dumpy boring cars.
Not having to take my key out of my pocket to start the car or unlock the doors is great. It was initially sort of weird not having control over the starter, I guess, but it's so damn convenient.
The Cayman will always be on my list of attainable dream cars. It's a pretty short list that goes M4 (née M3), Cayman.
