I don’t know if someone else has pointed this out but there already is a performance Camry, in China. It is the Reiz (pronounced “raise”) and it comes standard with a V6 and dual exhaust, plus optional 4 wheel drive. There is also the “Mark X” and “Mark II” (look ‘em up).
