I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. This is a show that I will occasionally throw on in the garage while I am working just to have some background noise. But when I heard them talking about an electric drag racer and I looked up and saw the White Zombie, I knew exactly what it was.

Yes they are. I don’t know why wheels are so hard for Honda. Fortunately they are one of the easiest parts of the car’s design to change.

This is the absolute truth. I am a diehard cheap/compact truck fanatic. I currently have an 88 S10 with the anemic 2.5L 4cyl that has more invested into the suspension than I paid for the actual truck. But I never hesitate to haul anything with it or take it anywhere. It is the definition of a beater truck, but in the

Glad Im not the only one still waiting on tweels to be a thing for more than just lawnmowers and ATVs.

Beautiful truck! I have always wanted an El Camino, but apparently they are just too weird for my wife... Not that she’s a big fan of the S10 either.

I wish I lived closer because I think my truck would have been perfect for this and I would love to go to this show...

That’s incredible... I don’t even have an EF anymore but I need this in my life.

Be careful what you ask for...

I’m sorry but I have to jump in and defend the eighth gen Civics too.

Nah, old trucks are too expensive... what you do is get a dirt cheap work truck that’s only sort of old. Then just keep it for thirty years or so until it’s old enough to be cool. Well at least that’s been my plan so far.

Yep this one is 2.5L iron duke also, and as base model as trucks come. I mean name a feature and I can almost promise you it doesn’t have it.

Ok, putting aside the driver’s claim of a stuck gas pedal and mind boggling inability to do something rational like stick the car in neutral, turn off the engine, or use the brakes.

Most small truck owners look at their payload ratings like...

Exactly, even with corner steps and whatever the height of the bed is a giant hassle with newer trucks. The low bed floor on my truck is truly one of the best features, and one of the main reasons it gets used for hauling stuff so often. For example when we recently had to move a piano there’s a good reason my friends

The amount of butthurt in the comments sections is hilarious. Also as someone with a small truck that frequently punches well above its weight class all I can say is...

The issue that we had was after taking out the loan to buy her that new (used) car... well I wanted a newer car too. So we took out a loan to buy me another car too. Then after a couple of years, the car we had bought for her turned out to be a complete lemon. So we sold it at a small loss and bought her another more

Dave... is that you?

One of the things I always wanted to do was put a Hombre front clip on a Blazer. I always had a thing for mixing and matching S series vehicle parts. For a long time I also had a 98 S-10 with a Bravada front clip.

That’s pretty much my long term goal for it. For the time being I’m sticking with if it an’t broke...

I was the exact same way in high school in the 90's. With the only difference being that I had more love for Mini Trucks than full sizes. I have since then owned many, many, S-10s, and variants (Blazer, Bravada, Jimmy, etc...) and I still own a lowered 88 S-10. Which is by far my favorite car, even if it is a base
