Most small truck owners look at their payload ratings like...

Exactly, even with corner steps and whatever the height of the bed is a giant hassle with newer trucks. The low bed floor on my truck is truly one of the best features, and one of the main reasons it gets used for hauling stuff so often. For example when we recently had to move a piano there’s a good reason my friends

The amount of butthurt in the comments sections is hilarious. Also as someone with a small truck that frequently punches well above its weight class all I can say is...

THANK YOU!

That may be true for small screens but there’s no way it’s true for larger ones. For example I’ve seen many 4K 55" smart TV’s selling for $400~$500. But I can guarantee that have never seen a 55" 4K computer monitor selling for $250. Trust me I wish that was a viable option, but the large screen monitors that I have

The issue that we had was after taking out the loan to buy her that new (used) car... well I wanted a newer car too. So we took out a loan to buy me another car too. Then after a couple of years, the car we had bought for her turned out to be a complete lemon. So we sold it at a small loss and bought her another more

Dave... is that you?

One of the things I always wanted to do was put a Hombre front clip on a Blazer. I always had a thing for mixing and matching S series vehicle parts. For a long time I also had a 98 S-10 with a Bravada front clip.

That’s pretty much my long term goal for it. For the time being I’m sticking with if it an’t broke...

I was the exact same way in high school in the 90's. With the only difference being that I had more love for Mini Trucks than full sizes. I have since then owned many, many, S-10s, and variants (Blazer, Bravada, Jimmy, etc...) and I still own a lowered 88 S-10. Which is by far my favorite car, even if it is a base

I think I might start up a business just selling black pre-cut pieces of vinyl just for this truck...

It’s just a Civic, but the color is the thing that sold me on this car when i was looking for a simple commuter.

My normal car is that same as your normal car... but in blue, and with a few more options checked.

Look I’m (not) helping!

I love first Gen S-10s. I like the second gens too, but there is something charming about the extraordinarily simple nature of first gens. Sure some of them were available with decent options and power features, but like on my 88 aside from fuel injection it really doesn’t have anything significantly more advanced

This was going to be my suggestion too. These cars are so undervalued right now for what you get. I actually saw one of them this morning on my drive into work and did a legitimate head snapping double take. This was only the second time I have ever actually seen one of these in person. If I was in the market for a

Exactly, that thing was like floating down the road in your living room. Ours was a light blue with the wood grain sides. It also had the boat anchor Olds 307 in it. This is the only picture I can find of mine.

...and now I’m on Craigslist shopping for a wagon that I dont need. Thanks Rob!

If this wasn’t literally on the other side of the country from me I might have seriously considering buying this. $5k might be a little too much for this one, but it’s probably within striking distance of a reasonable price.

Right! But hopefully this is a glimpse of the direction that Honda is going to be taking its design language in the future. I mean even if these EVs don’t come to fruition I would love to see a Civic with similar very clean simple styling like this.
