There are three places you are always on your best behavior: Church, your grandma’s house, and any courtroom you find yourself in for any reason.

I believe one of GMC’s main purposes was to allow Buick, Oldmobile, and Pontiac dealerships to sell trucks without being a Chevrolet dealer.

My '90 Firebird had a chip in the key.

Try getting 3 6' guys and my 5'10" fat ass into my 3rd gen firebird for 2+ hour road trip to a concert and back.

You may have gotten your generations wrong. The oldest millennial would have only been 6 years old when A Different World premiered, and 12 when it ended. As a Gen Xer, I was 12-17 when it aired. That’s the age most student choose what college they want to go to.

Required options:

Elon will need to find 20 million potential customers that want and can afford a new Tesla. And then find 20 million more the next year... Good luck.

My Samsung phones have been light and day better than the Apple phones I had before them.

Let’s just hope the ratings justify a repeat prime time slot next year!

I have never wanted a concept car more than the Elmiraj.

For music, I never stopped buying CDs, although I rarely listen to them anymore. Once I buy a CD, it gets ripped to FLAC and stored on my NAS, which all of my stereos and devices have access to.  I also copy anything I want to listen to in the truck by copying it to a usb stick to play on the road.

Welp, this throws a monkey wrench into my plans on ordering a new ext cab v6 next year...

Any chance you could share the name of the Ford dealer selling Mavericks 4% under invoice?

So, you’re saying he’s lying every time he opens his mouth?  Sounds like a perfect fit for congress!

Back in ‘92 I noticed an ‘88 IROC on the lot of a local dealer. White, 350, beautiful. I went in to ask about the price. No price listed yet was the answer, recent trade-in, still need to go through it... They told me to check beck tomorrow. No problem, I thought. The next day was the same answer. And the next. And

I miss my ATC. It was fun as hell as a kid, but looking back, it sure was a death trap.

It’s a $5,000 car, but everything gets a “current market adjustment”.  NP when compared to everything else.

Although it’s not the worst, my ‘06 Silverado ext. cab is a bitch to park in the city. I see it getting replaced with a Maverick in the near future.

A lot of people think a $3500 car is “beneath” them. If you have shit credit and $5000, you buy a $3500 car and put $1500 in the bank for repairs. Then save your car payment money for a deposit of 20% or more for the care you want and can later afford.

What do you consider a “small” truck? The Maverick is almost the same exact size as my former ‘97 S10. The maverick wheelbase is 2" shorter, overall length is 3.5" shorter, but it is 4.5" wider. I consider a S10 to be a small truck.
