This is a typical, stupid decision from the MoCo. First, they get rid of most of your entry level bikes (the remaining ones are 72% more expensive than they were in ‘03). Then they want to sell new riders used bikes that are at least a hundred pounds heavier than a Sporty.

Arrrgh matey, I don’t know why you don’t want to dress up like a land pirate just to cruise around.

Meh, I’d still rather watch old reruns of Holmes on Homes.

Embrace your fat privilege.

As a Gen X-er, I’m too fat for skinny jeans and too bald to part my hair.... and too old to give a fuck.  You should have asked me 20 years ago.

It’s time for a trip to an old-school barber, with a straight blade and leather strap.

2-5 year old garage queens are the best bargains.

24K is nuts.  You can buy an LS7 for less than half that new!

When I started riding (2003), Sportsters were $5400. Now, they are almost twice as high.  Have wages doubled in that time span? The MoCo is going to follow the Boomers to the grave if they don’t figure out how to sell to younger riders that don’t want to dress up as land pirates and hang out at the stealership every

Unless it’s S-10 or old Ranger size, it’s too big.

I was a PB guy for many years, but recently switched to JB-80.

If someone had a gun to my head and said pick one, I’d go for the Chevy just for the dealer network alone. The cheapest shitbox from any manufacturer will need service work under warranty.

This is one of the reasons I plan on getting rid of the Firechicken. I can’t see a damn thing with all the F-150s, Suburbans, and Rams on the road.

  • a small pickup that will fit in a regular car space

I’ll have that same attitude after my parents, aunts, and uncles get the vaccine.

Neutral:

Considering I just got rid of my truck at 311,000 miles and my Tahoe currently has 268,000 miles (bought at 230,000), I would have no issue buying another Chevy truck that appeared to be in good condition with 150,000 miles on the odometer.

Man, that pic takes me back to my childhood and my parent’s ‘81 Caddy... I have yet to find a ride that comfy.

I’m not so sure about that. There is still time for trump to resign and accept a pardon from president pence.  That would make Joe #47.

My dad drove nothing but Silverados from ‘75 to ‘16. He then decided to switch things up and get a Sierra.
