The article states that the city of Atlanta doesn’t own the airport, but runs it. ATL.com and wikipedia state that the City of Atlanta does own it and the Atlanta dept. of aviation runs it. So who really owns it?

I don’t know how “polite” it is when everyone knows they are being judged when asked this question. The place has a small town mindset that makes transplants feel unwelcome and discourages many recent graduates from the area’s fine universities from sticking around after school.
