The reviewers of this show often talk about how Kate is just a cipher, and I couldn’t agree more. I mean, they do some stuff to try and round her out, but nothing that really sticks.

I loved the ski school bit, just a wonderful parody, an underdog sports tale pared down to nothing. The “Chickens” episode did such a wonderful job of posing these questions as pointedly as possible, then leaving them horribly unaddressed.

I thought this show wasn’t supposed to destroy my soul until at least the ninth episode of the season. This episode absolutely wrecked me.

I never thought I would love any tv show more than Deadwood, but Bojack Horseman is consistently the best thing I’ve ever seen. I loved the first episode of this new season. My only complaint is that it should now be, “Emmy award winning character actress, Margo Martindale.”
