....it could be hot beef.

It’s already established in the prior episode that Rey can fight, and has gotten pretty good at it with her staff. To which she continues practising in TLJ.

Oh joy. It wouldn’t be a TLJ thread without someone posting a long arse video “which perfectly encapsulates why I think it was a crappy movie”.

Because they’re cocky assholes that’s why. Remember when Tarkin refused to evacuate the Death Star at their “moment of triumph”? The FO, like it’s predecessor, has a habit of underestimating their foe. They thought that the Resistance had nowhere to hide, so why waste valuable resources like TIE Fighters and pilots

I agree 100% but people like being on extreme ends :(

NO! STOP HAVING REASONABLE OPINIONS!

What I don’t get is the polarization on this movie. It was neither as great as all its defenders claim, nor as horrible as the neckbeards claim. It was pretty good in large chunks while it had some extremely questionable plot/writing decisions in other areas. Everything with Luke/Rey/Kylo worked, and almost everything

Same. I absolutely loved it and it is still far and away my favorite Star Wars film.

I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone when I read the various negative reactions to this film. Like, I genuinely do not understand how we saw the same film

Eh, this has been going on for probably centuries. I mean, you had jazz as “the devil’s music”, then Frank Sinatra (bobby-soxers are having impure thoughts! GASP) and of course rock n’ roll.

Yup. Too many people want new ip’s or rebooted versions of older titles to give them the same feeling they think they felt all those years ago when they enjoyed watching/playing x content. But you know without any of the flaws of the older version and with all of the technical advances of the past several years. And

Damn kids always getting the credit, I’m old school calling it forknife. When it first came out on console we started calling it “Emreil Batali’s Cutlery Challenge” cause one of the guys we play with called it forknife all the time and were all in our 30's. And we are also possibly quite immature.

That’s what I presumed this article was going to be about when I clicked on it. Some Chinese clone called Fork Knife. I imagine it would be exactly like Fortnite, except all the characters are knockoff Overwatch heroes except one of them which is, inexplicably, Spongebob.

So that’s where that camera came from.

For skin, can his gun be that cheese grating thing and his ult line be “just say when”

There’s a catharsis to bullying the bullies that I get. My friends and I used to hang out in low level areas in WoW in vanilla and kill the groups of level 60s killing lowbies. We’d actively hunt down the people bragging about being gankers and griefers, just for fun. So I get bullying the bully. I remember being

I got more blowback than support on a Compete article for condemning the esports guy that groomed and coerced a 14 and 15 year old girl into sending nudes and propositioning them for sex because apparently “he’s just a normal horny dumbass 21 year old gamer” sooooo, yeah, not holding out much hope for this.

In the red corner, we have the man-children/actual children who populate r/KotakuInAction weighing in at a combined 37 pallets of Mountain Dew.

Their heart is in the right place, but this is a poor way to go about it. I’ll be honest: if I was a bully I’d use this service constantly to bully others by claiming they were harassing me. I don’t think their vetting will be solid enough to weed out cases like this.
