This is such bullshit.

I suspect a large part of it is because of how potent it is. It will be easier to move around and store (possibly lesser legal repercussions, but I really have no idea on that topic), and then it can be used to enhance some heavily cut opioid.

I recently got rid of a bunch of books I don’t need cluttering up my shelves, and HPB paid quite a bit more then the local used book store that claimed to offer the highest prices for used books.  :/
