Where do you think Microsoft’s cloud technology came from? Microsoft absolutely leverages other parts of its company to advance its gaming business.

It sounds frankly like part of the problem was that there wasn’t much negotiation at all, on either Platinum or Helena’s part. Both sides made a half-hearted initial offer, and when the other side balked, they both dug their heels in and didn’t bother discussing the situation or offering serious concessions. (Aside

Yeah, I’m not sure who “we” is supposed to be here, or when exactly “the chance” was.

> Also, weird that the Batfamily is okay working with a guy who mainly uses two big pistols to shoot bad guys?

Once a Robin, always a Robin

> Prior to the launch of the Xbox One, in 2013, Microsoft caught heat for saying it’d require players to connect to the internet every 24 hours

Not flushing toilet paper down the toilet is standard in many parts of Russia. Has nothing to do with Olympics.

Sometime after io9 became Jezebel with science fiction.

The first Bubsy game was great! It's all the sequels that blew.

JRPG doesn't have Japan in it's name, either.

I don't play multiplayer and I never played Dungeon Siege 1 or 2, so I won't comment on the wisdom of those design choices.

What bugs were in Dungeon Siege? I played through both it and the expansion and don't remember any problems.
