Interior looks great. The exterior, not so much. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it just looks weird.

When I was looking for houses about 5 years ago, I found one that I really liked. However the house next door had 6 cars in a 2 car driveway, and it looked like only 1 of them worked. The rest looked like they had been there about 10 years.

He said he had a reserve model, those are about $90K depending on how you option them. An $1145 lease on a $90K vehicle is a little high, but not outrageous.

We have a Mitsubishi dealer in the area. Their main advertising angle is that they’ll finance anyone. Pretty sure they’d finance my cat, if she promised not to use the seats as a scratching post. 

I bought a 2018 Mustang Premium EcoBoost Convertible back in March. I’ve been very happy with it. If you go the Mustang route I suggest getting a 2018. You get Sync 3 and the 10 speed. 

I had an 88 F150 that all the paint fell off on. It was a real common problem back then, as you saw lots of them like that. Never knew why. Now I do. 

Back when I was in college I worked for a small IT service shop. One of our clients was a car dealer. I hated going there. One day they really pissed me off so I doubled the hourly rate and markup on parts.

It has got to be. 120V@20Amp is 200Amp at 12V, not counting inverter losses. No way a traditional 12V system is going to be able to keep up with that.

I recently bought a used 2018 Mustang Ecoboost Convertible. The MSRP new is nearly $40K. The day I bought it I was sitting at a stop light and said to myself, this is not a $40K interior. I paid $18K for it and it is an $18K interior.

Just don’t buy the GAP insurance from your dealer. They’ll charge you like a grand for it. While I can get it through my insurance company for about $5 a month or $360 over the course of a 7 year loan.

+1 I used to travel to Boulder frequently for business. They keep the roads pretty clear, so this Texan no problem with the FWD rental cars I would get.
