Couple things. Yeah, you could tell he was relatively fit before hand. You can see some definition in his upper body, even in the before pic. But 3 months off from working out is a long time as far as your body and conditioning go.

Grapefruit Sculpin *was* relatively unique 4 years ago but it’s not anymore and it’s still like $15 for a 6 pack. Mind you I don’t mind paying for good beer but they’re always $2-3 more than they should be. Especially for a single IPA.

It’s sort of odd, there are 2 subways within a few minutes of my house and both have been temporarily “closed” for remodeling but it’s been that way for easily 2 months+. Usually when these type of places undergo remodels they try to stay open as much as possible. Not really sure what’s going on with these ones.

This is the only way I can make baked goods that involve cutting butter into flour. Now, unlike you I will absolutely use fully frozen butter and haven’t had an issue with it. Either way it’s a great dummy-proof way to keep that butter solid in scones, biscuits or pie crusts.

If we’re being honest. Both red vines and twizzlers are terrible. They taste cheap, especially if you’ve tried higher quality licorice. Even with that, it’s just not my thing.
Toffee is so underappreciated in the US. I had a sticky toffee pudding in London that I’d kill to have every single day of my life. Plus Skor bars are the best after having spent an hour or two in the freezer.

You might have had a pilonidal cyst. I get those and they’re always right in the crack of your ass. They get super swollen and puss filled. Then again, they don’t usually come in threes lol.
