I had a brisket sandwich a year or so ago and it was really good. A bit pricy but I suppose brisket usually is. But anyway, I was pretty impressed. 

I love watching Matty cook and I hope he gets to keep going on TV for a long time. His show is funny and informative which is my favorite kind of cooking show. Enough of the goddamn competition shows, get back to showing me how to make cool shit. 

My MIL makes these everytime we all get together at our house for holidays/birthdays and they’re awesome. She goes the meatball route with BBQ sauce and jelly. The only thing I like to add is a little bit of sriracha. Cuts through the sweetness a little and adds some heat.
