I dunno, the first two Cap movies are definitely top 5 or maybe even top 3 but Civil War definitely didn’t live up to the hype. It was fine but definitely a tier or two lower than Cap 1/2.

I’m sure it falls into the pasta category but leftover lasagna is the best. Reheating can be a bit of a pain given how dense it is but still, hands down my fave.
Eh, fuck em both. They deserve each other.
oh my god, the softest little mews
Yeah I seem to get this more than anything. At least a few times a week. The best ones are people making appointments with my phone number for some reason and the businesses calling about missing my appointment. I also had someone leave a VM threatening to call the cops if I called again.
Fuck you, Drew. The Dick’s Sporting Goods store here is like 2 years old, not abandoned.
There used to be a guy on the espn vikings message board named shredder that would pull this stuff. He was in on the Jared Allen trade weeks before it was finalized and he had a few other hits that I can’t quite remember the details too. It was pretty fun seeing all this stuff tipped well in advance of sports media…
There’s a place in PDX that makes a killer bahn mi and it’s like $7. I’m always pleasantly surprised at the food options at that airport.
A lot of times I’m stuck waiting. I always start my leg workouts with squats and deadlifts since those expend the most energy and then move on to machines or less strenuous lifts. I *hate* doing those lifts after other lifts because in my mind I need all the energy and effort possible for them.
I felt a similar way when I worked at a chain restaurant but eventually you get comfortable enough to upsell at least enough to keep management off your back. I was a very low-key server and pushing like 3 apps was too much for me. I will say though, just find items you know are easy to sell and toss them out with no…
I love how people are still complaining about Netflix’s movie selection when they very openly shifted away from that like uhhh....5 years ago. If you’re still bitching about the movie selection on Netflix that’s a you problem.
I visit once a year on average to go to the Oregon Brewer’s Festival that is a ton of fun. It’s always the last full weekend of July and is pretty reasonable. My brother and I might spend $30 each for the 2 days we’ll be there and have more than enough beer. The best part is after we’re done we stroll through downtown…
Voodoo is 90% novelty and 10% good donut. They’re...fine when it comes to the actual product but nothing special to me. I’ve visited portland many times and outside of the first few times I’m perfectly fine skipping Voodoo. Also, holy shit are they expensive.
It’s probably time to just admit that the OW community will always be a toxic pile of shit. I love the game but problems like aren’t going away. The game probably has 2 years left in it before a sequel and there’s no way blizz figures it out by then.
I’ll admit I’ve never tried wagyu/kobe/etc, largely cuz I’m poor, but I have a line when it comes to fat on meat. I understand why it makes meat better but too much/too big of pieces really grosses me out. I don’t doubt that this stuff tastes great, just the uncooked visual seemed nasty.
Not gonna lie, that cross section looks pretty gross, it’s more fat than meat (and no that’s not a good thing, to me). And your carpaccio looked way too thick too.
This is one of the few times a “how to make scrambled eggs” video didn’t turn out looking like wet slop. Look, I get it that most chefs like their eggs on the wet side but I’ll take a hard pass on that. These actually looked great and about where I would cook mine. I knew I loved Gail for a reason <3
Shit, before the search even happened I don’t get what warranted a herd of cop cars arriving and assuming these guys were carrying for *checks notes* sitting in chairs. If that’s not racial profiling, I don’t know what is. And that’s before the actual physical abuse even happened.
Ok? I’m not arguing about the socio-economic impact of the tipping culture in America, I was just clarifying why this situation happens.
There’s a lot of great people in the industry, lot of single moms, college kids and 2nd income seekers just trying to get by, but there’s also a few shady folks I guess would be the nice way to put it. It can get to be a somewhat cut-throat environment as well when people are trying to get good shifts/stations.…
