I mean I can see it, Johnson has that Trump sort of “just go away” energy. That HE has had the most electoral success of the Conservative’s row of Brexit PMs is astonishing.

Now playing

Well...if she does flounce in in a dress, can it be this one?

I’d like her looks more if she toned down her hair, as that volume just completely overwhelms her gorgeous face. It’s not a coincidence that her lady look, where she reined it in, was her best of the night.

HE DOES!  He’ll never be a real boy and his lack of soul is easily detected by looking into those dead eyes.

Someone much smarter than I am pointed out on another page that it looks as if the showrunner would much rather be directing The Walking Dead. And with the color palette the way it is, and the out-of-sync storytelling, it’s hard to argue against that.

Considering how abusive Marc was in the past, I definitely thought he would end up laughing at Kate or otherwise calling negative attention to her size. Perhaps it was more telling though (and perhaps a bit more cruel) that he seemed surprised that she cared about a relationship that only lasted six months and didn’t

I expect that we’ll see a few flashbacks to the early days of their marriage, given Mandy’s real pregnancy.

Bingo.  They probably sell the same question asking game ten different ways with just a different logo on the cards.

He’s one of those annoying religious nuts you can’t be friends with because everything comes back to his religion.

“The real shame is that Kirk and Chelsey Cameron have done some great things, but he has to coat it in awfulness and rigidity that endangers other people.”

I think the cast were pretty close early in the series, but Cameron converted sometime in the last two seasons and just stopped communicating with the cast and crew outside of the show. I also think they probably did not like Cameron got Julie McCullough fired because she was in Playboy.

Even most of his best Torchwood work was pretty character focused or very light on sci-fi elements. “Countrycide” has literally no science fiction elements. “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” is more focused on Jack and John Hart’s dynamic than any sort of sci fi concept. His best Torchwood script, “Adrift,” had no action scenes or

Which is why Donna Freakin’ Noble remains the best NuWho companion.

Disappointed but not surprised. Chibnall has a completely different set of goals and ambitions. Which happen to be quite low.

I think they should get somebody who wasn’t a big Fan Boy of the show to take over. The history of the show can sometimes weigh it down, especially when the writer or creator gets carried away by letting their fan boy urges run loose. For instance, the whole “Timeless Child” bit probably meant more to Chibnall as a

Definitely. I think it’s also critical that you know early on that it won’t be over with the kids. Whatever they do, it’s not going to be enough.

No one who has adapted IT has included the awkward pre-teen gang bang.

one issue is that the free boulder stuff kind of drags. the flash backs allow it to be cut into more easily digestible portions rather than 2-4 solid episodes of nothing but boulder.

the big inherent problem with a story being mostly flashback is that it takes most of the suspense out.  if i’m telling you a story that i was involved in, you know from the get-go that i’m going to survive.  if that’s not a large element in the story, fine but the narrator’s well-being is usally a big part of any
