I don’t care that it’s in beautiful shape... It’s a Maverick in a cheap shiny suit. Bleh! ND no matter how much it costs.

Even though GM has killed the Bolt this August, there are still some out there. If you are lucky enough to find a Chevy dealer that won’t gouge you a few grand, it’s not that expensive. You get the $7,500 tax credit if you buy one and many states offer incentives as well. Yes the charging infrastructure sucks, but how…
Leave it to Ted to want AM radio... He’s been stuck in the 1950s for years.
Wow, I didn’t even realize that Florida HAD paved roads.
Hyundai’s “$7,500 Lease Bonus Cash” is bullshit. I test drove a Kona EV at Vision Hyundai in Rochester, NY and when I came back I talked lease prices with the sales person. I had just read online about the bonus cash so I asked him what the lease would be with subtracting the $7,500. He told me “the $7,500 bonus was…
I have read about the heat pump replacing the resistive heating. I use the common practice of heating my Bolt while it is plugged in. Even at 15-20 degrees F, it heats up within 7-10 minutes. When I leave I turn the heat to 72 and crank the seat and steering wheel heat. At that point the resistive heat affects range…
This is yesterday’s headline. When GM announced the EVquinox and the BlazEVr more than a year ago, they said these new vehicles would be using the Ultium battery. This new battery promises more range and quicker charging. They also said the EVquinox pricing would start very close to $30,000, clearly making the Bolt a…
From the position of a consumer, extended warranties are a bad idea. You are paying to bet that your car is going to break while the manufacturer, or the third party offering the warranty (who knows the percentage and cost of repairs over the life of the vehicle) is betting that they won’t have to pay. Who do you…
They don’t make enough $$ on things that might have some value. They concentrate on $500 door edge guards and $1,000 fabric treatment.
Two words for you... Knee Replacement. It’s way worth it, and you will stop complaining. ;-
I worked at a Toyota store 11 years ago. We used to have a beige that we referred to as “Old Man Tan” based on the customers who bought that color.
What a shock! Another pickup driver running over cyclists.
I expect DTS to give a big push to Logan Sargeant regardless of how poorly he does in that sad Williams. Nothing will get more American viewers than the chance to watch a driver from the USA.
Well it is maroon!
First World Problems!
Whoops, I thought it was badge-engineered new Trax.
And they waited 15 months before he was “relieved of duty?” What a crock!
Yeah, but the Leaf was the first major player in the EV market, so good on them. Without battery heating and cooling (conditioning) they are never going to get a lot of range. But, EV technology is improving all the time.
I agree that living in western NY affects the range of my Bolt. ~40% drop over the 270 miles I get in the Summer. But playing Vasco deGama with an EV is akin to making a trans-continental trip in 1910 in an ICE vehicle. The technology is still new, for batteries, motors and charging infrastructure. I now have a car…
